Land claiming lets you designate a protected area on the map where only you, and anyone you explicitly trust, can interact with blocks, containers, and other objects. Once a claim is active, no other player can open your chests, break your builds, or grief your land without your permission.

Creating a Claim

1

Grab a Wooden Shovel

Hold a wooden shovel in your hand. This is the default claiming tool on Cyan Plex.
2

Select the First Corner

Right-click on one corner of the area you want to protect. You will see a confirmation particle effect at that block.
3

Select the Opposite Corner

Walk to the diagonally opposite corner of your desired area and right-click that block. Your claim will be created automatically.
4

Verify the Claim Boundaries

Gold blocks with glowstone placed beside them will appear at the corners of your claim, visually marking its size and boundaries.

Extending an Existing Claim

To expand a claim you have already created, right-click the glowstone marker at any corner of that claim and drag it outward to the new block you want to include. The claim boundary will update to encompass the extended area.
You can check how many claim blocks you have available at any time by using /ClaimsList. Running low? Earn more by voting, completing quests, or purchasing them with Pebbles at /warp pebble.

Commands Reference

Use these commands to manage your claims and control who has access to them.
Abandoning a claim does not remove your builds, it only removes the protection. Any player will be able to interact with that area once the claim is deleted.
