Fix It Step by Step

Update Your Graphics Drivers

Outdated Intel UHD drivers are the #1 cause. Visit Intel’s Download Center and install the latest driver for your GPU.

Update Minecraft

Make sure you’re on the latest release. The resource pack may use features not available in older versions.

Disable Iris / Sodium

Iris can conflict with our resource pack. Remove or disable it from your mods folder, then try launching again.

Remove All Mods and Test

Clear your .minecraft/mods folder and see if the crash is gone. If it is, re-add mods one by one to find the culprit.

Switch to a Clean Launcher

FastClient and SKLauncher are known to inject extra mods that cause conflicts. Try AstralRinth instead — it launches Minecraft without adding anything extra.

Still Crashing? Get Support

Support can help much faster if you share your logs upfront. Without them, diagnosing the issue is very difficult. When reaching out, please attach your latest.log and the crash report from your .minecraft folder.

Last Resort — Disable the Resource Pack

You won’t see our custom textures, but you’ll still be able to play with everyone on the server.

Open the Server List

Open Minecraft and go to the Server List tab.

Edit Cyan Plex

Select Cyan Plex and click Edit.

Disable Server Resource Packs

Set Server Resource Packs to Disabled.

Save and Join

Save and join — the pack will no longer load.
