# Weighing Station: Gamble Fish Prices or Gut for Entropy

> Use /fish scales to gamble for higher fish prices, or gut fish for entropy instead of money. Learn the risk levels and entropy values per fish tier.

The Weighing Station (`/fish scales`) has two functions: **gambling for higher sell prices** or **gutting fish for entropy**. It's a key stop if you want to maximise earnings or stock up on fishing currency.

## Weighing Fish (Gambling for Better Prices)

Add your fish to the menu, then choose your **risk level** on the right side:

| Block         | Risk Level   |
| ------------- | ------------ |
| Coal Block    | Lowest risk  |
| Iron Block    | Low risk     |
| Gold Block    | Medium risk  |
| Diamond Block | Highest risk |

Once you've chosen, click the **bottom anvil** to confirm. Your fish will be assigned new prices — different from the default [Fishing Codex](/fishing/fishing-codex) values.

<Tip>
  The **Trophy** augment increases your chance to profit at the Weighing Station!

## Gutting Fish (for Entropy)

Gutting fish earns you **entropy** (fishing currency) instead of in-game money. This is useful when you need entropy to craft [augments](/fishing/fishing-augments). Once you gut fish, they leave your inventory and entropy is added to your balance.

### Entropy Per Tier

| Tier     | Entropy Gained |
| -------- | -------------- |
| Bronze   | 40             |
| Silver   | 120            |
| Gold     | 200            |
| Diamond  | 500            |
| Platinum | 1,000          |

<Note>
  Mythical fish gut values are not listed — weigh your options before gutting your rarest catches!
