# Fishing Codex: All Fish Types and Their Value

> The Fishing Codex tracks every fish you've caught on Cyan Plex. Learn all 6 fish tiers, their shop values, and how many variations each has.

Open the Fishing Codex with `/fish codex`. Think of it as a **Pokédex for fishing** — it tracks all the fish types you've discovered and how many of each you've caught.

## Fish Tiers

There are 6 tiers of fish, each with a different sell price at `/fish shop`:

| Tier            | Shop Value | Variations |
| --------------- | ---------- | ---------- |
| 🥉 **Bronze**   | \$100      | 34         |
| 🥈 **Silver**   | \$550      | 21         |
| 🥇 **Gold**     | \$1,500    | 18         |
| 💎 **Diamond**  | \$5,000    | 15         |
| 🏆 **Platinum** | \$10,000   | 23         |
| ⚗️ **Mythical** | \$25,000   | 14         |

## What to Do With Your Fish

Once you've caught fish, you have four options:

* **Sell** them at [/fish shop](/fishing/fish-shop) for instant money
* **Gut** them for entropy (fishing currency)
* **Weigh** them at the [Weighing Station](/fishing/the-weighing-station) to gamble for a higher price
* **Save** them to fulfil [Fishing Deliveries](/fishing/fishing-deliveries) for entropy rewards
