# Land Claiming: Protect Your Builds on Cyan Plex

> Learn how to claim land, expand your territory, and manage trust permissions to keep your builds and chests safe on Cyan Plex.

Claiming is a way to protect all of your items from other players. This will allow you to create a safe place for your chests and builds — no one will be able to open your chests or break blocks without your permission.

## Steps to Create a Claim

    Hold a **wooden shovel** in your hand and right-click one corner of your land, then right-click the opposite corner. A claim will be created automatically, and gold blocks with glowstone will appear to mark the boundary.

    To extend your claim, right-click the glowstone at a corner and drag it to the block you want to include.

## Useful Commands

| Command             | Usage                                                                                                |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/AbandonClaim`     | Deletes the claim you're standing in.                                                                |
| `/ClaimExplosions`  | Toggles if explosions are allowed in the claim.                                                      |
| `/Trust <user>`     | Gives another player permission to edit in your claim.                                               |
| `/UnTrust <user>`   | Revokes any permissions granted to a player in your claim.                                           |
| `/AccessTrust`      | Gives a player permission to use your buttons, levers, and beds.                                     |
| `/ContainerTrust`   | Gives a player permission to use your buttons, levers, beds, crafting gear, containers, and animals. |
| `/TrustList`        | Lists the permissions for the claim you're standing in.                                              |
| `/PermissionTrust`  | Grants a player permission to share their permission level with others.                              |
| `/Untrust All`      | Removes all permissions for all players in your claim.                                               |
| `/AbandonAllClaims` | Deletes all of your claims.                                                                          |
| `/ClaimsList`       | Lists a player's claims and claim block details.                                                     |
| `/Trapped`          | Gets a player out of a land claim they're trapped inside.                                            |
